I work with neurodivergent and highly sensitive nervous systems to support forward movement through burnout recovery, life transitions, and decision-making. The focus is on practical, grounded change that helps you build clarity, capacity, and confidence over time.

Sessions focus on identifying patterns that impact your capacity, clarifying goals, and building practical strategies that support forward movement. We work at a pace that respects your nervous system while still creating momentum and change.
No diagnosis is required. I intentionally avoid labeling people by clinical terms.
Our work centers on your lived experience and what helps you function, feel grounded, and move forward more effectively in your current season of life.
Coaching is present- and future-focused.
While we may acknowledge past experiences when they influence current patterns, the primary focus is on where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching is about building awareness, direction, and tools that support intentional change rather than processing or treating past trauma.
Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health care.
This work is highly individualized.
Investment depends on the type of support, session frequency, and length of the container that best supports your nervous system and goals. All pricing is shared clearly during the intro call.
I offer a complimentary intro call to assess fit.
From there, most clients work with me in session packages rather than one-time sessions. I have found that meaningful change tends to unfold over time.
That is a very common place to begin.
Part of the work is helping you clarify what matters, identify what is getting in the way, and create a path forward that feels realistic and aligned. You do not need everything figured out before starting.
