This Code of Conduct exists to ensure coaching relationships are respectful, supportive, and grounded in mutual responsibility.

Mutual Respect

Clients and Coach agree to engage with honesty, respect, and consideration. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Boundaries & Scope

Coaching is a professional relationship with clear boundaries. Coaching does not include crisis intervention, diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed support alongside coaching when needed.

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to take responsibility for their participation, communication, and choices throughout the coaching process.

Safety & Termination

If behavior becomes unsafe, unethical, or outside the scope of coaching, services may be paused or terminated at the Coach’s discretion.

Commitment to Ethical Practice

Coaching is provided with integrity, confidentiality (within legal limits), and respect for client autonomy.
